Who We are

Brighton is a multi-media artist immersed in the world of performing arts. Her dance training comes from indigenous cultural artists around the world in Flamenco, Persian, Turkish, and Indian folk and classical styles as well as master instructors in tribal fusion belly dance. She has attained Cultivation status in Rachel Brice's preeminent tribal fusion training academy, The Eight Elements. Her other influences include Carl Jung, Butoh, Joseph Cornell, Angela Carter, Nick Bantock, Mark Z Danielewski, and Amanda Palmer.
Brighton's studies of film, theatre, costuming, photography, and story-crafting have lead to collaborations with community theatre (Revive the Red Tent) and performing artists like Sorne. Brighton is also an avid horror fan and wrote her first urban horror novel "The Shadow Crusade" in 2014 during National Novel Writing Month.
