Who We are

Delirium Dance Productions (DDP) is a performance-based art collective whose membership evolves per project with Artistic Direction provided by Brighton Brooks.

You can hire DDP for solo or group dance performance, creativity workshops, trance/dance music experiences, and artistic contributions to individual projects. Use the contact page to connect with us! Got a bizarre idea? We would love to help you bring it to life!

Brighton is a multi-media artist immersed in the world of performing arts. Her dance training comes from indigenous cultural artists around the world in Flamenco, Persian, Turkish, and Indian folk and classical styles as well as master instructors in tribal fusion belly dance.  She has attained Cultivation status in Rachel Brice's preeminent tribal fusion training academy, The Eight Elements. Her other influences include Carl Jung, Butoh, Joseph Cornell, Angela Carter, Nick Bantock, Mark Z Danielewski, Unmata, Pilobolus, and Amanda Palmer.

Brighton's studies of film, theatre, costuming, photography, and story-crafting have lead to collaborations with community theatre (Revive the Red Tent) and performing artists like Sorne. Brighton is also an avid horror fan and wrote her first urban horror novel "The Shadow Crusade" in 2014 during National Novel Writing Month. A sequel is forthcoming!
